I'm pretty disappointed in the distributor I ordered airbrush supplies from. I placed $123 order and only got $50 worth of product(which were not the colors I needed most). I contacted them right away to see what happened, and they said they were sorry and they'd over night the other products to me. Well, four nights later and nothing, not even an email. I did check my bank statement and the full amount was charged to my card. I forwarded that line from my statement, showing them the charge and thanked them for their prompt resolution. Hope it's not too bitchy, but, damn....I even met this chick and she seemed like a reputable source. I hope they fix this...AND...the kicker...I ordered a "pro-card" from them, which will give me discounts on FUTURE items, so, that goes to waste if I don't use it...wth?
On a lighter note, my free samples from Bioelements came in today. They sent them out as a congratulations, for completing my program and learning their protocol. I am pleased to say I also got the "Student of the Year" award, which just equaled out to more samples, but, that's all good:)
